Helpful Information For Your First Meeting with Keystone

We’re looking forward to our first meeting with you! In our first session together, we will discuss your financial goals and expectations, assess your risk tolerance, and lay the groundwork for a sound financial strategy that’s suited to your needs.

Our Process

Keystone strives to provide our clients with financial fulfillment, offering options designed to suit your lifestyle while working and into retirement. Our professionals create strategies that reflect each client’s financial goals and objectives while also providing management of their investments. Through our team’s registration with Independent Financial Group, LLC, a Registered Broker Dealer, Keystone’s Registered Representatives work through an established six-step financial planning process to determine a suitable strategy to work towards your goals and objectives over the short, medium, and longer terms. We also assess risk opportunities on a number of different levels which can be tailored to satisfy each client's needs.

Through the entire planning process Keystone Financial strives to bridge the gap between your present financial status and your future financial goals. Each client and situation is unique and the plan we create together is tailored to your particular needs and objectives. As we review and analyze your financial situation, our comprehensive knowledge of the core areas of financial planning allows us to provide solutions to help you address your goals and that reflect our total commitment to your future well-being.

Focused on You

Our team solely focuses on employees of the largest Southeast Utility Company. We have developed a detailed document checklist tailored to those Utility Company Employees to help begin the process of our holistic understanding of your financial situation. Please take a moment to review this list.

The list of financial documents for you to bring to our meeting is titled “Southern Company Financial Document Checklist.” Please do not worry if you cannot locate every item, just bring what you have.

Download the document Southern Company Financial Document Checklist here.

Your employer provides you with the two main components that create the foundation for your retirement plan, one is the Pension and the other is the ESP & 401K.  During our meeting, it would be most beneficial for you to have the ability to access this information so we can fully comprehend your financial situation. Please visit the sites listed below and make sure you can log on to both on an offsite computer.

The most important on the list is for you to have your login information to Merrill Lynch and Alight (previously referred to as “Hewitt”).

The websites that you will need to have access to are: www.benefits.ml.com and http://digital.alight.com/southernco/.  If you have any trouble logging into these websites, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

We are honored you have chosen to meet with us and we look forward to working with you!
